Refund, Returns, and Warranty Policy

1. General This Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through NexTest Technologies (“NexTest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and forms part of the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. Return Eligibility NexTest accepts returns within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. After this period has elapsed, no return, refund, or exchange will be offered. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition;
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging; and
  • The customer must provide valid proof of purchase.

NexTest reserves the right to reject any return that does not satisfy the conditions set forth above.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are expressly excluded from this Policy and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards; and
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing components for reasons not attributable to NexTest.

4. Refunds Upon receipt of a returned item, NexTest will inspect the item and notify the customer via email of the approval or rejection of the requested refund. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to the customer’s original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. NexTest makes no guarantee as to the exact processing time, which may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

5. Late or Missing Refunds If a refund has not been received within the expected timeframe, the customer is advised to:

  • Verify the status of the refund with their bank or financial institution;
  • Contact their credit card provider, as additional processing time may apply; and
  • Contact NexTest at [email protected] if the refund remains unresolved after completing the steps above.

6. Sale Items Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for refund. Only items purchased at regular retail price qualify for a refund under this Policy.

7. Exchanges NexTest will authorize an exchange only in instances where the item has been confirmed as defective or damaged upon delivery. To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact NexTest at [email protected] with a description of the defect or damage and valid proof of purchase.

8. Return Shipping The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount. NexTest strongly recommends the use of a trackable shipping service or the purchase of shipping insurance for all returned items. NexTest assumes no liability for returned items that are lost or not received.

9. Limited Warranty NexTest Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use and operation for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, NexTest shall, at its sole discretion, elect to repair, replace, or refund the defective product at no additional charge to the customer.

9.1 Warranty Exclusions This warranty shall not apply to, and NexTest expressly disclaims any liability for, defects or damage arising from:

  • Misuse, mishandling, neglect, or accidental damage;
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out by the customer or any third party;
  • Operation of the product outside its specified electrical, mechanical, or environmental parameters;
  • Removal, alteration, or defacement of any serial number, label, or product identification marking; or
  • Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its accompanying documentation or intended purpose.

9.2 Warranty Claims To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact NexTest at [email protected] during the applicable Warranty Period, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the alleged defect. NexTest reserves the right to require the return of the allegedly defective product prior to authorizing any remedy under this warranty.

9.3 Disclaimer THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION CONSTITUTES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY NEXTEST. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXTEST EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
